You can cancel your order any time before we approve it for production. After approval, we will review the costs already incurred.
Because personalized items are made just for you, we review change-of-mind returns case by case, in line with the consumer rights that apply in your country.
If your item arrives with a defect, tell us within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number and a photo. Once we have checked it, we will reprint the item or refund you.
You approve your personalization before we start production. Names can be up to 18 characters on a single line.
We use your personalization details only to process your order.
We do not currently offer a separate commercial warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
