About Lotus POD Studio

Lotus POD Studio is a small design-and-print studio in Ho Chi Minh City. We design typographic artwork, sell it on tees, mugs and tote bags, and look after every customer from first click to delivery.

Our 30-person team handles design, sales and customer care. Printing and delivery are done by our partners, so each product is made to order, never stocked and left over.

Materials & printing

  • Soft cotton basics

    Tees use 100% cotton jersey (160–220 gsm). Caps and some bags use 100% cotton twill.

  • Print methods

    Each product is printed with the method that suits it: DTG or DTF on fabric, sublimation on mugs and similar items, digital inkjet on paper goods.

  • Care instructions

    Every product page lists how to wash and care for it, so your print lasts.

How do I personalize a product?

Open a product, type your name (up to 18 characters, one line) and watch the live preview. Personalization costs $3 extra.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before production is approved. After approval, costs already incurred are taken into account.

Can I return a personalized item?

Changes of mind on personalized items are reviewed case by case, and your statutory rights in your country always apply.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Report it within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We check it, then reprint or refund.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes.

Can I order several products in one parcel?

Each parcel carries one item, so shipping is calculated per item.
